Pipeline in Piper nigrum Linn were identified by TLC with clear and reproducible spot, the content of pipeline in extractor was determined by HPLC. 本研究采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对胡椒提取物中的有效成分胡椒碱进行鉴别分析,结果斑点清晰、重现性较好。
